How to Use:
1. Fill the reservoir with warm water or the prescribed enema solution from your doctor. Attach the nozzle.
2. Position yourself in the shower standing with legs apart or sitting on the toilet.
3. In either position, insert the nozzle into the vagina and slowly press the pump with a constant pressure. Water will enter the vaginal cavity and detach the substances from the walls.
4. Once the reservoir is empty, remove the nozzle from the vagina. Let the liquid flow freely into the toilet.
Cleansing the vagina should not be done excessively, as it may disrupt the vaginal microbial flora. When in doubt, consult your doctor.
Maintenance: After each use, separate the elements (nozzle and reservoir) and wash with soapy water or an antiseptic solution. Rinse and let dry. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
